I was trying out the serum and didn’t realize it was liquid and the first time I used it it spilled

I was trying out the serum and didn’t realize it was liquid and the first time I used it it spilled out, pretty much the whole thing. I was very excited to try it out. Is there anyway I could get a replacement? I rated it a 5 but I am not able to give a legitimate rating. None left🤷‍♀️
