Refund policy

All sales are final (non-returnable and non-exchangeable). there is no exchange or refund . we are not responsible for the stolen order from your house or your apartment. we are not responsible for the wrong address you provide us too, we ship to the address you provide us. We accept exchanges or refund for products damaged or lost in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. Please provide the photos of the damaged order when you contact us .orders that are come back to us for wrong address or not except the delivery or you return it back because not paid the custom and port fee from your country will charge for $6.99 inside the USA and $15 outside USA shipping this is for shipping fees that ship and come back and for restock the products. 

we do not offer any grantee or refund  in our products , our products is formulated from natural ingredients that help care the hair in a healthy way. our products is for all hair types and for sure not for everyone ,please read the ingredients before you buy to be sure you do not have any sensitivity from any our natural oils. if you have any irritation we advise you to stop applying the product and seek medical advice.

Refunds and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within the first 5 days after receiving the order.  Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@promirose.com with your order number and photo for the damage item . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
